Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made on our platform. To that end, we have established the following refund policy to address your needs in a fair and transparent manner.

Refund Eligibility and Timeframe:
You have a 14-day window, starting from the date of your purchase, during which you can request a full refund for any reason. Please be aware that refund requests submitted after this 14-day period, specifically on the 15th day, unfortunately cannot be processed. This is valid for courses bought individually and annual subscriptions.
Monthly Subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you will lose access to package benefits instantly.

Refund Conditions:
Please note that certain circumstances may affect your eligibility for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
  • Items Purchased on Sale: Products acquired during a promotional sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items Purchased with Discount Coupons: If an item was purchased using any form of discount coupon, it will not be subject to a refund.
  • Items That Go on Sale After Full-Price Purchase: In cases where an item was initially bought at the full price and subsequently goes on sale, we are unable to process a refund for the difference in cost.
  • You have watched 20% of the course: If you reach a progress of more than 20% on the concerning course, you are not eligible for a refund.



Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund request, kindly follow these steps:
Send an Email: Reach out to us via email at contact@motiondesigners.academy, including the following information:
  • Your registered name on the Motion Designers Academy website
  • The email address associated with your Motion Designers Academy account
  • The name of the course/masterclass/script for which you are seeking a refund
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund (your feedback will aid our improvements)

Refund Processing:
Upon receiving your refund request, we will conduct a thorough review of your purchase details and assess your eligibility based on the aforementioned conditions. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will promptly process your refund.

Refund Method:
Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method. However, we retain the right to employ an alternative payout method if circumstances deem it necessary.

Important Note:
Please bear in mind that once your refund is approved, you will immediately lose access to all course assets.
